China's internet censorship / block....

Hi,

I'd like to know if there is any user or users' friend is currently in China.
a friend sometimes can and sometime cannot view this web page.

Does anyone if there is any Proxy server that I can assess in China, so I know which sites are blocked?

I can totally understand how inconvenient it is in China using internet. (I've been stayed there around 2 weeks beginning of this month….  By the time to use the internet….it is killing me. Their wall blocks most of Taiwan’s sites…..)
