KMP播影片會發出沙沙聲

會有很嚴重的沙沙聲，而且還會停格呢，不過播別的1080影片卻不會冏，會是版本過舊的關係嗎？我是3.0.0.1438，不過聽說新版本會有腦人的廣告視窗會跳出來一直不想安裝
