According to Oliver, refunds can be provided if you’re unhappy with your service or if problems occur, but you must not have breached their TOS and got terminated. TOR exit nodes, game servers, hosting pornographic material, spamming, hosting copyrighted content or doing anything that infringes Australian law is not OK. IRC is fine.
